Our poor Kinglsey had to spend some time at the doggie hospital this week. Monday night we noticed a most disgusting spot on her back leg so first thing Tuesday she was carted off to the vet. The vet, who's been doing veterinary work for over 25 years, said she had one of the worst abscesses he'd ever seen. His best guess was that she either got bit by a snake or spider. She had to spend one night in veterinary office and she'll be in the cone (of shame) for the next 3-4 weeks.
