Show'n off The girls had their Mpact awards ceremony this past Wednesday evening at Pace Assembly. Heaven was in the "Prims" group this year while Annabelle was in "Daisies". Annabelle's class performed their motto verse, " Let your light shine" in sign language during the program. It was adorable. Both girls earned a high number of units in their classes and were very proud of their awards. They had cake and punch for the girls afterwards, which was a big hit with the girls.       Pokeball Cupcakes   Lucario Cake  Last Saturday we celebrated Gavin's big 1-0 birthday. Gavin changed his mind....Oh about 50 times as to what kind of party he wanted and who all he wanted to invite. So we decided to go with a cookout at the house and then planned to take Gavin and the girls to do whatever he decided he felt like doing that afternoon. Gavin's theme was Pokemon, which he is very into right now and Danny's daughter Katdy made Gavin the coolest cake with a Lucario design (don't worry, I had no idea what that was either) and then cup cakes that looked like Pokeballs. Both were a huge success & very delicious.  The day started out as a rainy day dashing the plans for water balloons and swimming however the weather did finally clear up & everyone had a great time.  He had a few boys come over & the majority of the time was spent battling out various games on the wii. Here's a link to our Honeymoon Cruise Photos. At least the majority of them...For our Honeymoon we took a 7 day cruise leaving from New Orleans. We stopped in Belize City in Belize, Mahagony Bay in Isla Rotan & Cozumel in Mexico.  We had a fantastic time! We went Cave Tubing in Belize, Jungle Zip Lining & sight seeing in Rotan & toured a Mayan Ruin site in Mexico (guess who's pick that was...).  Honeymoon Photo collection

Hey guys! So the goal here is that I will be very productive and keep this updated with what's going on with the Brandt clan here in Florida. I have big plans on being a very good updater, but I'm planning on just using this for the big updates. You know Birthdays, Holidays, Events....not just ...hey it's Thursday and here's what we had for dinner (In case you're wondering...it's looking like a pizza night...the kind someone else delivers to your home). I'm hoping this will be a way to keep everyone informed and seeing pictures of the kids. I'll include links to my "google picassa" account so you can see any pictures shown here.
