Look who made Chief of the Week...for the second time this year!!

This Friday we went to PRE's Family Movie Night showing of "The Odd Life of Timothy Green". By far, the cutest fundraiser the school has done so far. And of course it was much cheaper than we could actually all go to the movies for. They even had a dinner movie option, but the mini's opted for Cici's instead. The kids had such a good time hanging out with friends (and of course their COOL parents!!) Gavin even sat by a GIRL for a little bit (I was forbidden a photo). I hope PRE does more in the future! 

Pretend it's January 26th.. Today we celebrated Annabelle's 8th Birthday with a Spa Party. We had planned to have the party at Fefe and Frogs, but they were closed for the weekend and so we did their "party to go package" instead. She had Ava and Carleigh spend the night last night & Lena joined the crew Saturday Morning. Donning their most fancy Pj's, the day began with face masks. I honestly just planned this as a photo opp but the girls took it SO seriously and requested cucumbers for their eyes as well. Except Ava that is...She didn't want anything to do with having pickles on her eyes. Those are her words, not mine. My wonderful Step Mom, Paula talked 2 sweet Milton High Cheerleaders into coming over to help with the party. I am so thankful, because even with just a handful of girls, we struggled to get everything finished up before parents arrived. Pretend it's January 10, 2013  Happy Birthday Annabelle!!  Traditional Brandt Birthday Breakfast of Birthday Doughnuts and Doughnut holes Annabelle turned the big 8 today!! She got to have a special birthday lunch with her super cool parents at La Hacienda! In lieu of going out to dinner, she elected to have a movie night with dinner and dessert in the living room at home. She had great birthday!! Unfortunately, this is the same day I came down with strep throat. Not a great day for me. Not a great few days to be exact. 

Pretend it's January 5th 2013 Remember this video? Well after numerous quotes, Failed self attempts and a little dash of stress...Santa made good on his delivery today. Yes it does need a little work...but it's a start. The girls have already made loads of big plans for it.... I've got no idea what Annabelle's face is saying....

Pretend It's January 5th, 2013 It's Birthday Season here at the Brandito Lair! Mr. Brandt heads back tomorrow and it's time for the annual triple treat birthday party for Mr. B, Uncle Danny and Annabelle.  Katy made 2 delicious cakes for the event. The boys got their own green cake and Annabelle got her own special Mario Cake.  We had some delicious food and the Birthday people got lots of special prizes!  The UnBirthday Party was definitely a success!
