The girls wrapped up their soccer season tonight. They were very pleased with their candy bouquets. Flowers are nice, but we agree that chocolate bouquets are way better...Thanks Nana & Papa!

We are working on being more thankful for all the many blessings we have been given. Today we are setting out to deliver cookies to some very special family and friend to let them know that we are thankful to have them in our lives! The girls worked hard on these and made a variety of cookies, chocolate chip, peanut butter AND sugar cookies.  Hope you enjoy them!

We are having a competition here at home to see who can rack up the most AR (accelerated reader) points each semester. This semester Annabelle was our champ so we celebrated with a special night on the town just for her! Dinner at McGuires followed by dessert at Melting Pot. She had a blast !

The Brandtito children received a letter from Santa today.... they were thrilled Because I know people, who know people....I was able to get my hands on a copy... Dear Gavin, Heaven & Annabelle, As you know, I have many, many children to watch this year. This note is to let you know that I have designated a special "Magic Elf," whose job is to track & report the behavior of boys and girls in your household. This elf will help me make the naughty and nice list, so you can be sure this elf is will be watching you all closely. To be sure you make it on the nice list, you must remember to follow the rules at school and at home. Sharing and talking nicely to others is another great way to be sure your name stays on the nice list. If the Magic Elf does not accompany this letter, rest assured she will make herself known to you shortly. To celebrate all mini Brandt's making honor roll on their recent report cards we headed over to Chuckie Cheese (aka parent hell). Chuckie Cheese awards good report cards with tokens...if only they gave parents some sort of calming drug.... If only these were available for home use....

Pea Ridge had their annual Pow Wow this weekend. After the Halloween candy stash decreased from 1 billion pieces to only 1/2 a billion pieces, the kids felt it was their obligation to all the candy less homes around the world to refuel their stash. You know, strictly for donation purposes.... We also managed to pick up some really vital plastic mouth pieces...for the house... Heaven's new soccer mouth guard...
